Default Gull wing replacements for slide canopy windows

I am thinking of replacing the conventional slide windows of my fiberglass canopy on my double cab with gull wings, probably in aluminium. Is there anyone with ideas/ suggestions ?

I did this years ago with my Ranger, will never have a canopy without gull wings again. It was done by a crowd in Silverton back then.

Will dig out a pic this evening for you

I did this about 2 years ago on my canopy. Did the DIY Route and it worked well for my need.
removed the windows and made a template from hardboard and had 3mm alu tread plate laser cut.
bought all the other hardware at 4x4 direct (shocks, brakcets, rubbers, hinges and pressure locks). it is still expensive to do though. Recently sold that canopy and bought a proper alu for my navara d40.

I attached a few photos of the process we followed on a Beekman canopy.
    1. Trace the profile of the glass window and have the aluminium laser cut.
    2. Remove the glass carefully with piano wire.
    3. Clean the old adhesive off, prime and paint.
    4. Fit rubber seal.
    5. Fit the powder coated wings.
