I think I will err on the save side and add less sugar than recommended, and I dont like my beer over fizzy anyways.

(x20 keer)

Gaan my brown PET 1L bottels optel vanmiddag na werk by brewmart.

Gaan hom net lekker moet time

Bottled yesterday. Sanitized everything within an inch of it's lives. Including my face! Did siphon with a piece of plastic pipe. Worked quite well.

Teaspoon of castor sugar into each bottle containing about 2L. Then siphoned in nice and delicately. Last bottle you could see a bit of trub yeasty crap. Also some residue in the draft glass that was siphoned last to have a taste. Others seem to be clear.

    Already tasted great.

    OK

Got some miltons at clicks, and some castor snow sugar at checkers.

I just remembered, I have one of these (or similar) pompies at home - will this make siphoning easier?

So as mens miltons gebruik, moet mens die bottels weer uitspoel daarna of is dit no-rinse?

Toe laat staan vir so 15min.
