    As jy genoeg maak op n slag dan voel die wag nie so lank nie...

    Hier is 50 liter in die fermenter, daarna gaan dit keg toe en kom dit hier uit. Lekker!

    CO2 bottle. CO2 doen 2 dinge: pre-carbonate en gee druk vir die bier om by die taps te kom teen die regte volume. (Mens kan pre-carbonate teen laer CO2 druk en dispense teen hoer druk soos verlang).

    Ja, co2 gee vir jou carbonation in die bier, dit word dan ook gebruk om die bier uit die keg te stoot en vul dan die spasie op met co2, dit hou die bier steriel en voorkom ook infeksies.

    Die lekker ding daarvan is ek kan vandag keg en more drink (jy kan selfs vandag al drink), nie soos bottels se 2 weke nie.

    Ja ek het ook Saterdag "gebottel" maar dink nie ek gaan 2 weke kan uithou nie... Ek sal maar die naweek een van die klein "tester" bottels vir 'n toetslopie moet vat...

    2 weeks is recommended minimum, but most of my beers are OK to start tasting after 5 days. Yes, the carbonation is often low and crude, and I'm known to be impatient, but it's still better than water.
