    Dieselfde met brooddeeg. Gaan nooit rys in die yskas nie. Suurdeeg kan nie sy werk doen teen daai lae temperature nie.

    Almost ready to bottle. Don't want to suck up the sediment in the bottom of the brew bucket and its hard to see how deep sediment is. Question - about how far from bottom of bucket should siphon pipe be to reduce amount of sediment being drawn up? 30mm?

    Start siphoning from near the top and move your siphon down as you go.

    That's the only way to siphon blind.

    Near the end, get some supports and tilt the cube/drum 45 degrees and continue siphoning until you see trub and stop.

    Can also just burp the bottle as well. Even a tiny bit of a "psst" will tell you there's CO2.

    Die gas behoort dieselfede te bly terwyl die bottels toe is. Dit kan nÍrens heen gaan nie! Die rede hoekom jou eerste een flat was was omdat die gis nie in koue werk nie. Om dit nou koud te maak, na die gis sy job gedoen het, beteken nie dat die proses gaan nou reverse nie.

    Die bottels is geseel. Vir alle praktiese doeleindes sal hulle nie flat raak voor jy hulle drink nie.

    Just completed bottling mine. Broke 1 x 330ml bottle with the capper.

    I think so, when I searched for cappers, there werenít any bench cappers available, so I bought an Emily capper.
