    Anyone ever swap auto hubs for manual and so wat is pro and cons?
    And wat aftermarket dit you used?

    Yes, I have done it on both my vehicles.

    Pros: I am 100% certain all 4 wheels are driven when I engage the front hubs manually.
    Cons: Don't forget to engage the hubs before you need 4 wheel drive. If you do you might get all muddy and dirty.

    I bought hubs off Amazon.com They are the same as the units used on the 96 Nissan Patrol. The brand I got is Rugged Ridge.

    Commercial auto spares in Johannesburg also supply manual hubs.
