    Default Garmin - Cigarette lighter power source

    Can a person obtain a cigarette lighter power source for the car that can be used on a Garmin, E-trex Legend?

    ja, daar is twee power supplies. Al die GPSe wat USb konneksies het gebruik dieselfde een, maar van die oueres (voor 2002 dink ek) het nog "serial" kabels - hulle gebruik 'n ander kabel wat dalk moeilik kan wees om te bekom.

    ok i will have a look, i had to purchase a data cable (serial to usb) that connected to this GPS of mine's a"Serial" connection.

    My stock standard Motorola cell-phone car charger happily powers both my Garmin Nuvi and Garmin 60CSX without any modification.
