    Default Duster - Warning Light

    Hi All,

I bought a 2018 Duster a few weeks ago, and I am very happy with it. It has 50'000km on and is in a very good condition.

A few times in the last few days the ABS light and traction control (ESP) comes on. See image attached. Any idea what it could be?

i do not own or know much about dusters,
but same thing happens on my suzuki when battery is about to die.
take your car to battery check.it's quick and free to discard it as a culprit.

Wheel speed sensor. This is used by the ABS and stability/skid control to determine wheelspin.

There is a speed sensor on the back of each wheel and in the tranny. The ones at the wheels can get mucked up when off-roading in muddy water conditions.

Just a thought - you haven't changed your wheel / tyre size lately have you?

Thanks for the advice. I checked my tyre pressure and the one tyre was a bit flat so I made the pressures equal and it was fine for a week. But today it happened again and all the pressures are still the same

Did you check the speed sensors? Especially the front wheels ones. They don't normally have issues but on occasion they need cleaning or replacing. Don't worry, they are cheap and easy to get. Even Banggood sells them (not recommend though)
If needed, buy them from a reputable original reseller like:

Oh I see now... The postage to South Africa costs 4x more than the part...

Verify the part number before ordering. If it is one of these: 2008-479100004R 479109155R 479502046R 0265008172, then you could order from: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3295...archweb201603_
Some of the numbers are for the Gran Megane and can be ignored.
