    Default Hardbody 3.2 SL

    Hi Gents,

I need to get a long wheel base bakkie for work to cart tools and supplies around. I can get a bakkie as per topic for a good price. This is a 4x2 low line, if that make sense. I don't know the 3.2 at all, can you please give me some advise.

    Fuel economy

    Power

    Reliability

    Spares availability

    Thanks,
    Brynmor

Plenty spares. The UD20 trucks still use the 3.2D motor and gearbox.

Unstressed motor, easily get 500,000km if serviced regularly and not abused. Like any vehicle.
Not a fast bakkie, but strong.
Consumption you'll be lucky to get more than 8km/l at 120km/h.

    Had a D/C 4x4 for 120,000km with zero issues.

Yep, as Swakop says, good bakkies. If it is in good nick you can't go wrong.

    Turbo version was as follows:

    150 PS (110 kW; 148 bhp) @ 3900 rpm
    22.5 kg⋅m (221 N⋅m; 163 lb⋅ft) @ 2000 rpm

    genuine nissan service components
had the injector tips replaced a year ago. Still drives fantastic (even if it is a bit slow)
