Default Help me identify the make of this 4x4 I spotted

I spotted this 4x4 today, and for the life of me can't figure out what it is.

It has a Chevrelot badge, but it might just be because it has a chev engine, because I can find no such Chev truck on the internet.

Maybe someone can help me identify it?

Now that I know the make, I see there are quite a few posts of them on the forum.

    Thank you so much!

It is not what you buy its what you build.
