    Eish. I miss my Pajero.
I had the privilege to own 3 Pajero's in my life, Snoopy, Silvester and Casper, and they all contributed a BIG part to me and my family's life. But none as much as old Snoopy! Man I miss that lump of steel. Your thread literally brought tears to my eyes just thinking of my Pajero.

I understand EXACTLY where you are broer!

Let the good times roll - thanks for sharing

An awesome vehicle, transporting an equally awesome family.

Riaan, the unity and love that so clearly manifests itself when one reads your posts and meets you, Hester and the offspring is something quite unique.

I, and I am sure many other members, regard the van Wyk family as quite inspirational.

Thanks Riaan - what a great (and at times touching) "trip report" of one family's meander through life's trial, tribulations and pleasures over a couple of years. Dit laat mens net weer besef hoe belangrik die klein dingetjies en onbelangrik mens se eie probleempies is.

Enjoy the Paj - and that stunning family!

Very nice thread. No I am wrong it is not a thread it is a story about life ,love, family and a 4x4 that is one of the leading characters in this story.

    Thanks Riaan.

    Thanks for that Riaan.
This goes along with a thread I was going to start called "It's just a car".
I hear a lot of people say that but they clearly don't understand and probably never will. These journeys that you and your family have been on are always backed by a trusty friend. The Pajero is truly a great vehicle!

    Fantastic thread again Riaan.

I think as Reflex said, to a lot of us "it's more than a car". We anthropomorphize them and they wiggle into our hearts weather they take us to places that light a fire, or just remain dependable day after day.

Cheers to you and your family.

I bought my Pajero in 2006, now done 187000 kms and it is still brand new. Africa version, also cloth seats. Still as brand new, will not sell in a hurry.
