    Default Suzuki Jimny lift options

    Good afternoon

I have a '09 Suzuki Jimny. I currently have worn shocks and even more worn 205/70/15 tyres.

I have done research and according to most info, 215/75/15 will fit a Jimny with normal suspension. I've fitted Sailun Terramax in that size and they wouldn't have worked, too tight.

My question is, is this due to the shocks that's worn, or did I get my info wrong?

In order to fit 215/75/15, do I need to lift the vehicle or will replacement shocks be enough?

    Looking forward hearing from you.

The tyres don't fit because your front bumper is not in the position it's supposed to be. Grab it by the underside and give it a good tug forward.

Jip, buddy of mine has the same gold Jimny, same problem with bumper, al lot of the sand obstacles we do pushes the bumper down and back.
We found the metal brackets in this area rather flimsy.
Solved the problem by fitting a Des Sol bumper and lift kit

I've bent the bracket a bit and the bumper is sitting better.

Will attempt the tyres once more.
