    Default Pullout Kitchen Drawer System

Does anyone in South Africa offer a pullout kitchen system like this. I know they are common in off-road caravans & camper trailers, but this looks handy...

I am sure there are some around - but you could also check with Dometic. They make a nifty one -

you would have to check if it is available locally.

Looks nifty, but never seen it advertised here in SA...perhaps a local manufacturer will step up.

Daryl - have you considered doing your own one? I believe there are better concepts than the one in your photo, but of course everyone has his own likes or dislikes. It is possibly very easy to convert a drawer to your liking, if you have an existing suitable system. Alternatively - there are many companies who do custom drawer builds that would have no issue building one to your specs.

I would be very interested in what you come up with if you decide to go custom. Always interesting to see what other people do

It will look better in 21 days - still very much a "work in progress" as it had to be FUNCTIONAL for a recent trip to Cape Vidal

That looks classy. How practical do you find it to clean between the tiles?

If you could change anything - what would it be? (I am not saying there is anything wrong - it's a question)

So far not very hard to clean between the tiles, one can use pespex or thin stainless steel sheet.
I have changed it a fair bit already so at this stage it is all good.

I agree with that top slide to the opposite side cover top is a think out of the box idea

I like the way the fridge drops down when the kitchen is pulled out. Very nifty. Any idea on cost?

Thought the same thing when I saw it, unfortunately the website does not stipulate a price.

I spoke to Gerrie Labushagne at "Quick Pitch". Pull out Kitchen is R18975 incl Vat. and he sent me a picture with dimensions. The price does not include the Freezer.
