    Default Hard clutch on KB250

My KB250 has a very hard clutch (149880km). It is a 2015 version and I suspect its worn seals but not sure. I don't have trouble selecting a gear or any other such trouble that is why I suspect worn seals. Anybody else had this problem? What do I replace and where?

It could be a number of things. The pressure plate could be failing. The sleeve that the release bearing slides on could be worn, causing the release bearing to stick (common cause for clutch issues on the 250s). Could be hydraulic, as you mentioned. If anything, the clutch master will fail before the slave cylinder does. Also check the damper unit that's just before the clutch slave.

Thanks! Think I'll just take it to someone with more experience fixing these things...
