    Default A little help please

My Corsa LDV...the door runber on the passenger side keeps pulling loose when someone gets out. Tried to silicone it in place, but didn't last long.

Any idea what 'the right stuff' to glue rubber to the metal doorframe would be?

Can't vouch for it as a solution for door rubbers but sikaflex (moisture cure) worked well for gluing down the rubber around my windscreen - it cures harder & tougher than silicone. Silicone, being acetic cure, will corrode / rust metal.

Genkem........you put it on both surfaces, let it dry a tiny bit then put it together. It will last, sikaflex is an option....but a messy one. It sticks to you for a couple of weeks. I only use it to stick windscreens and 1/4 glasses.
