Default Homemade Tilt Stand for my Solar Panels

Iíve just made two tilt stands for my rigid 100W solar panels, using PVC piping, T joins and 90 deg joins.

    A cheap and effective exercise.

Just check it ever so many months. PVC if UV stabilized still don't like harsh sun and can get very brittle.
Black PVC has carbon black in the masterbatch and makes for a natural UV stabilizer.
I did the same but with aluminium profile. Works well.

If you really want to be fancy you can make a stand which work on the principal of an
Equatorial Mount, this with a adjustable motor and it will track the sun.

    But that is overengineering it.

Tip, fasten adjustable straps between panel lower frame and your stand's horisontal leg - no need for bricks and you can adjust the angle easily.
