    Default Nossob flowing

    I see the Nossob webcam shows Nossob river flowing.Anyone have some more pics/info? Has water come from Namibia? Will be there in little over 2 weeks,cant wait

    Also there in about 2 weeks. Hoping for some rain when there..

    No way.
    I was there in December and it was hot and bone dry.
    That must surely be something to see. Please share some pictures please.

    That's not flowing, they've had a storm and that water is just sitting on the surface. Will be gone in the morning.

    Well some of the locals have not seen rains in a long time, it's going to take a few buckets of sand to wake them up!

    Exactly ...the area is bone dry The Nossob flows every 60-100 yrs or so after sustained nightly rains

    Localized rain, I believe Nossob had 55 mm last night.

    Frick'n hell, is everyone going up to Nossob end of the month? I'm ALSO heading that way on the 29th....

    Its not flowing,its just under water from 55mm rain yesterday.

    I'm at nossob for only 3 days from the 6th.White Discovery, fairly large ground canvas tent with a dusturbing amount of sun reflectors.. Normally try and camp at the big trees where there is no electricity. All welcome to come for a beer😜

    On the 6th we leave Nossob and go down to TR Gray Disco with BL Miskruier

    Also in the Kalahari from 7-14 March... but will be sleeping in Nossob on the 9th.

    2 nights, 1 & 2 March. Then down to Twee Rivieren, Mata Mata and into Nam for 2 weeks.

    Initially booked the Nossob Eco Trail, but couldn't get a 2nd vehicle to join, so had to cancel.
    Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines!
