Well it looks the business. Send it to PE and I will take it camping for a weekend and let you know my final thoughts

Give us better technical info like the ground sheet material type of canvass poles etc.

Yes, I'm with you. This seem to have none of the advantages of a roof top tent, but still with all the disadvantages of a RTT (ie a full roof rack, with the increased wind resistance), only it's now on the ground. But let's see, maybe the video changes my mind.

Different strokes for different folks, I'm not trying to convince anyone, it works for me and I'm sure there are others like me🙂

Interesting concept. You are right a totally new one.
You will be limited to vehicles with roof racks with space but Oz tents ect also need lots of traveling space.
There probably is a market for this.

I cannot really see what the tent looks like from the side. More photos will be appreciated. It is difficult to comment on this.

Neat piece of work and a novel idea. Your patent lawyer is not up to scratch. I have a similar type of tent that was made for a land rover with steel frame and cotton canvas covering lying in my store room, I will see if I can get the name during the week.

It looked really neatly made. Are you stitching yourself?
Have you found a sealer that works well on the stitch lines?
