Thanks for the advice regarding introducing ourselves to the forum. We live in New Zealand and have a 4X4 stored in SA and will be planning trips at various times and always keen to get advice from folk who have done more than us. We have done a number of trips to Botswana and planning to get a bit more adventurous - trips to Zambia and Mozambique. I would be interested to chatting to folk particularly about vehicle maintenance of long trips and if there is a "sub" forum for this please point me in that direction.

Good day all,
I want to introduce myself to the forum.
I've been a "roofkyker" for quite some time now.
Really enjoy the comments and knowledge shared by the members.
We live in Pretoria and own a 4x4 and offroad caravan. We use them often for weekend get aways and family holidays which include trips to our neighbouring countries.
The tips and insights from the forum members have helped a lot in planning these trips.
