    Default Radiator fan replacement

    Hi all,

I had a water pump failure on my KB 250 le, 2003 model, with that my radiator fan hit my radiator and broke off one fin. My water pump was repaired and the old fan re-fitted. When I got home I purchased a new radiator fan from Hayes Motors and I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea hot to get the old fan blade off. Please don't tell me I have to take off the radiator to replace it.

I have attached a photo, not sure how to get it smaller, and I'm hoping I only have to undo those nuts on the blue flange to replace.

    Please can someone help?

Slack the alternator belt and undo the 4x 10mm nuts, Those nuts need to be replaced as well.
