    I cook on cast iron everyday. My skillet lives on the stove top and never gets washed. When the underside gets too crusty after very long, I soak it in a caustic soda bath which strips it down to bare metal. I then season with flaxseed oil a few times.

    Used Spray and Cook for original treatment of pan and skillet.
    Worked very well.
    Now after use spray and wipe off excess
