    Ek het hom toe begin "season" met olie. Dit was nie goed nie.

    Kyk toe 'n paar youtube videos en besluit om voor te begin.

    Na so paar probeerslae toe gaan hy Weber toe. Sonneblomolie teen omtrent 280C. Maak toe en laat oornag afkoel.

    Ek het hom onderstebo gedraai vir die uitbak proses



    Swart. Daai pan is GLAD binne.

    Dit is 'n chemiese reaksie. Warm pan en oile. “Polymerization”

    Ek het die pan so paar keer al gebruik vir 'n lekker gebakte bees en nog so paar ander. Werk goed.

    .

    Vanaand was dit hoenderboboude.

    Maak die pan WARM. Ek sit so telepel Advokado olie in. (Lekker hoë smokepoint)

    Die hoender kry net sout en peper.



    Sit dit in die warm pan met die vel kant onder. 'n Paar stukke botter maak nie skade nie.

    die beste seasoning is lynolie. Die gladste is n poleer met n staalborsel op die angle grinder. Was nooit met seep nie.

    Nou moet jy bietjie aandag gee. Daar is nie kortpad nie.

    Laat die hoender op sy velkant lê. Moenie peuter nie. So 6 tot 8 minute. Voel nou daai hoender met 'n braaitang. Dit behoort los te wees. Draai om.

    Dit is hoe dit lyk. Vel lekker bruin. Niks vasgesit nie.

    Soos ek verstaan is lynolie vir hout. Vir die pan is "Flax Seed Oil" die beste. Dit word droog op die pan soos lynolie op hout.

    Ons gaan voort met die resep.

    So bietjie groente vir die groente. Behalwe vir die knoffel, is alles vars uit die tuin. Pietersielie, basiliekruid, tiemie, origanum en roosmaryn.



    Oond toe. 20 minute teen 180C.

    Nadat jy die tweede kant ook lekker bruin gebraai het, sit 'n deksel op en verminder die hitte. Dit behoort binne +- 20 minute reg te wees.
