Likewise for us too to the decline list, Sean. Sorry, but Moederaaf calibrated me when I inquired about her availability for the weekend: it is our only grandson's sixth birthday party on the Saturday.

    Estee

I am a bit concerned and asking for clarity. There was no response to my earlier questions.

How many participants do we have?
What is the actual ablution situation and will it sustain the pressure? (Pun intended)

You are doing a great job. I definitely asked the right person because I would not have been able to do things in such a good way.
    Well done oom!

    Morning Johan

Wild camping will not, unfortunately, be possible

We have 18 members, excluding family, who have indicated their attendance with 3 confirmed via payment

We have a similar number who indicated interest but as tentative. In all likelihood, a number of of ''confirmed'' will not be able to attend and a number of tentative will confirm so I am reasonably confident that we will have 15 sites with an average of 3 people per site which would give us @ 45 people in our group.

Regarding the capacity of the ablutions, I am assured that they will be sufficient, however, this would be dependent on quite a number of variables. It is not known at this juncture, if other sites have been booked by the general public.

Hope this assists with your queries.

If I have any further info I will let you know

    Cheers

Hi Estee, I sent the PoP as directed and received a reply asking for more info on what the payment was for - anyone else have this issue? I did explain it was for the 4x4 Community camping get together over the week end of 21 and 22 Feb 2020 and requested confirmation.

    Kind regards

Estee we may be keen on attending. How would it work for 4 adults with 3 kids(aged 6-7), and 2 vehicles on one stand?
