Default Camp Master Safari Cooler vs Romer

Anyone done the comparison between the Camp Master and Romer cooler boxes?

Makro offer the 60lt Camp Master at R 1 400.00 whereas the Romer goes for R 1 700.00 on Takealot.

Which holds ice longest ( I know this is subject to a number of variables but keen to hear experiences )

    Thanks Guys

I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either of them. I've had the Romer 65l for about 5 years now and it's superb. If you use it properly, it will hold ice for 5 days and it's basically indestructible.

    Thanks Gents

I followed the Romer quality issue thread closely and was impressed with the follow ups from the factory.

I have become fairly snoep in middle age so if its possible to get the same performance from the different products under the same conditions then I would default to the cheaper option.

I dont need to park a Land Rover on my cooler, firstly, because I dont own a Land Rover anymore and secondly, I have never been in the circumstances where I have had to
