Question 19 Rollse Royces - who was the salesman

King placed a "small" order. 19 RR and over 100 BMWs. When the family is the state... I can only say that wives are expensive.

I've said this before, the whole concept of royalty is archaic and should be ended immediately. It has no place in the modern world. This is just yet another example of why that is the case.

Well I would not advocate democracy. It also has no place in the modern world. Look around.

Some countries actually get it fairly right: Spain, Denmark, Norway and Sweden use them as politicians and they actually don't get paid a lot. They own none of the buildings as far as I know.

    So these are constitutional monarchies.

Monaco only exists because of the tax incentives.

But yeah, probably not a very needed structure any more.

I heard an interesting comment about England as well, so basically the Queen serves as a sort of a backstop - so the PM is less inclined to take decisions on his own, so I suppose it's a net positive in some ways. But, I still think if you weigh the costs and the benefits, there is only one right answer.

The whole concept of an inherited title is really absurd, I actually can't believe the whole PC crowd hasn't made more of a noise about the whole thing. I think once the PC/woke crowd "wake up" to this inherited title thing, monarchies around the world are going to be in trouble. And for once, I will probably agree with that crowd about something.
