Default Pajero gen 3 radio problems

Good morning all, after a trip through Kaokoland and Etosha NP (BAD ROADS) my car radio started to auto tune to one radio station namely fm 90.8. I have tried the hard reset did not make any difference it just
auto tunestoo that one radio station after a minute or so.
I do want to replace the radio but then I loose my CD shuttle so now I'm looking for a replacement or a 2nd hand unit that will fit and not loose my CD shuttle. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you have the traffic report switched on. Then it will auto tune to that station that is broadcasting

I think you have this right. I would check that first, I have had a couple of car radios do this.
Lusted for a Landy but the Pajero was sexier and bigger in the right departments, just like my Missus.

Thanks you Racer-x, you where spot on. How it happened I don't know, maybe while driving on the road from Olifantsrus to Okaukuejo camp I must have pressed the wrong button when I switched the radio off due to the bad corrugations and just assumed the radio packed-up because of the terrible shaking.
