Tackling the longest 4x4 route in the country, the famous Namaqua eco 4x4 trail Adventure begins!


Mike and I head up to the Northern Cape to explore the famous Namaqua Eco 4x4 Route & Richtersveld National Park travelling all along the Orange River with the Suzuki Jimny and Land Rover Defender 130.

We captured our travel experience through a series of videos as this is one of my favourite trails and also one of the prettiest in South Africa.

X2. My dad always taught me never to put any part of myself under a vehicle that is not very securely lifted, and secured on axle stands. Also always put the tyre under chassis as you suggest.

Excellent video work guys.
Brings back fond memories of our last overland trip - The Kokerboom group, Sep. 2018.
Very similar route.
We just made it a lot more interesting with different and generally (mostly) older vehicles and trailers, caravan .... and older people doing young people things.
