    Default Viscous fan removal P38

Any useful tips to get the coupling off the water pump would be appreciated. Manual recommends the use of special tools.

Not too special. Make something that fits over the water pump shaft.
(Sorry haven't a clue how it looks, but it must have something to slip a spanner-thingy over)

And another for the fan. Mine goes over the 4 bolts.

    Wack it clockwise.
