[QUOTE=HugoNotte;4230161]Maybe. But I know to take such "reviews" with a large pinch of salt. After all you only hear one side of the story, if you tend to believe those who scream the loudest, then Asco is probably awful.
A few more reviews I have quickly googled:

Just to add my two cents. I have b gone through a negotiation with ASCO for a 15-day rental in Namibia. the price was attractive, the quality of their vehicle looked OK, but we couldn't accept their terms and conditions. Please read their "internal" speed limit stipulations very carefully and decide if you are willing to live with that. Their company speed limits are lower than those posted on the highways and have a built-in tracking system in all their vehicles. If you exceed the company speed limit anywhere or anytime, your insurance becomes void (not at that time, but for the entire trip). Here is the exact wording:
Speed Limit
Within city limits and in National Parks: 60 km/hour, Gravel roads: 80 km/hour and Highways: 120 km/hour.
ACH speed regulations do overrule road signs indicating 100 km/hr. At 85 km/h or 125 km/h the vehicle makes a “beep” tone, indicating that the driver is driving over the maximum speed allowed on gravel roads or highways, whichever one applies. Please be informed that all our vehicles are equipped with a GPS Tracking Black Box.
IMPORTANT: If you exceed this speed limit all insurances and Reduced Excesses lapse and become invalid.
