ZX was so nice to hear you celebrate the important things.

Estee enjoy doing the importanter things!

    LL camping sounds so good!

Eisch I was tired last night.

Two night with less than 4 hours sleep and driving down to Cape Town then a full busy day on site. (The office jockey burnt blood red after just one day)

Today will be a few hours on site then back to about Bloem or so and then back to Joburg Friday morning for a very busy day.

Western Capers appreciate your beautiful place. It is amazing!

There was a touch of snow on the mountains around the Hex River valley, beautiful.

Drove up to the taal monument after work yesterday and just appreciated the view.

Gauteng just does not have any view like that.

Olrite that's enough about my day, have a great one guys.

    Have fun.

    Cheers!

    Morning.

With the seasons change putting up a last fight to stay winter, methinks a last pot of soup for the winter is on the cards for tomorrow!

Veghaas, Strongs for the op, you will come out stronger and fighting.

The changing of the seasons is just another reason to rejoice, as it reminds us that, no matter how bleak things seem, there is warmth and sunlight just around the corner, so it is up to us to go out there every day and spread the news that the sunshine is coming, and not hark back to the dark and cold.

Make it a great day, everyone, except Sean, his is already made!

Gooood Morning to all except the trout catching layabout!

As we ease into August, two thirds through a truely unique year, we have no history of similar events to guide us forward.

The weapons we have in this fight are numerous: the normal South African indomitable spirit, our sense of humor, friends and family, and, for many of us who donated time in defense of our Country, Vasbyt.

I believe that we will overcome our present obstacles, just as we have overcome many in the past, and, together, will come out of this crisis leaner and stronger.

Make Today the best day you possibly can, it sure beats the alternatives!

Morning everyone! Have a great long weekend! We are off camping in an hour. Cant wait to get there. If you notice a bright refelction against the atmosphere tonight, its not a bad moon rising, its myself and @Bassfisher making a campfire. Between the two of us we have about 35 bags of wood, and 8x 50kg maize bags full of wood. All responsibly sourced. Most of the firewood comes out of my garden when I clear branches, and off cuts from a sawmill.

See you at IAT. I met with Santa this week and managed to secure some cough syrup for the cold.

Hhhmm, sounds like you might have just about enough wood for tonight, if judging from the way me and Markus roll

Enjoy and say hello to Jacques, we need to also make a fire and have copious amounts of rum one day.

Lovely crisp sunrise today, seems like the last or maybe second to last cold snap or two then we will have to put our stomach out vests on, as the blanket of humidity and the accompanying squadrons of bloodthirsty mosquitoes will descend shortly afterwards.

For those at work today and who can't go camp like me, our turn will come to do so

    Gooooood Morning,

    Chilly but Sunny!

Imagine living somewhere where you only see grey skies between buildings in the last month of Winter?

Get out there and enjoy the blessings we have down here in the South, and help others realize that it is a great day.

Good morning! Geez we had a blast yesterday. Got the "arrival aggression" out of my system yesterday, so I can take it easy today. Santa's cough syrup worked wonders!

We used to see camping with friends as a right. Its actually a privilege to be able to enjoy nature, sitting around a campfire with friends.

Whatever you are up to today, make the most of it!

Cheers to a great day ahead!

With Motogp and World Superbikes on, a bit of couch potato day for me.

In between leaning into corners on the couch, I guess I will still find time to do a chicken curry, and enjoy my time with Debby, who loves the racing as much as me.

Whatever you do today, do it well and enjoy!
