    Great morning to you all.

I am getting ready for work with a certain amount of nervousness but so glad to be able to carry on during this time

It is at less than 10 percent of normal but at least we carry on.

    Have a great day guys.

A toast to the first rays of sunshine, having air in my lungs, having my boys with me, having a job and work to do, food to eat and positivity. I am thankful.

A toast to the silence; My house looks out on a busy “highway” and this time in the morning cars are backed up, hooting etc. This morning I can hear the swallows, the tarentale and fisante.

Yes it will be tough. Yes we need to be innovative. But this too shall pass

I will be working from home. First time in I don’t know how many years I slept in!! Got up at 06h30. Told Swambo from tomorrow I need to go back to routine otherwise it will be a strugglers in a few weeks time

    Hang in. Believe. Stay positive.

Thank you God for this precious gift, a brand new, never before lived day.

There it is, the first quarter of 2020 is done and dusted and none of us knew it would end the way it has. The next quarter is going to be tough Boyz so be prepared. Its easy to say but we need to stay positive, each day, and we will get through this.

Today is going to be a great day, Cheers

Take a trip down memory lane and remember:

    From 1899 to 1945

    1. The Anglo Boer war

    2. WW1

    3. The great influenza

    4. The Great Depression

    5. WW2

Those major events hit one by the other with not a single decade of rest in between.

There was a generation who was born, experienced and lived through all that.

    And yet, they made it.

A good morning to all. Yep, staying positive will be a challenge, it is mind over matter and if in the right mindset it is doable.

3rd morning in a row getting up early to see if I can show the eliptical who is boss, but every morning he stay motionless and I'm the one all sweaty and out of breath . But hey, 900 Vitality points in the bag .

Working from home is very fortunate as well as challenging same time for me personally. I have so many privates I would love to get stuck into, however priority is the lot of work I need to complete.

Be good and be safe Guys!
