    Default E mtb

Hi,anybody on the forum bought themselves an emtb? any feedback would be welcome as I am considering purchasing one for myself and one for my wife. Have been looking at the BH Atom-X with the brose motor and 700wh battery.

    Hi

I bought a Tail G for my wife. It assists only if you pedal and have 5 settings. It is not as strong engine as some of the others but she can now stay with me and even pull me on the slight uphills. Now almost a year old with no issues at all. It will of course depend on your budget as this one is quite cheap and you get very expensive ones out there

Did the deed, one of the two bikes delivered yesterday, second one to come by month end, then I will post pictures, damn the ride is good, the brose motor super silent.

Nice. Please keep us posted with how they are.

How do they compare price wise with things like Giant etc.

I bought a centurion no pogo from Gremeltech a month ago. Google their website, they are importers of Centurion ebikes.
Very happy with the bike, it has a Bosch motor and all quality shifters, brakes shocks etc.
One can select the amount of pedal assistance needed, so one can still get the exercise , but what pleasure when going up a steep hill.
I also notice that one tends to do longer rides, because of less effort

Hi Fluffy, I did not do a comparison on price between the various bike makes, what I purchased on was the brose motor and the battery size, those comparisons led me to the BH bikes, the Giant bike has the shimano motor which is not as quiet as the brose motor, in addition the brose motor has zero resistance when the speed exceeds 25 km /hr, . will do a better review once my bike arrives at month end then a longer ride can be done on various terrains.
