    Default Hi All

    Greetings everyone

After speaking to a good mate who is a member and doing some "roof lees" I'm here!
Have found a wealth of information most of it very sound.

I do not own a 4x4 yet but i'm looking to fix that soon in the form of a Donkey 3L-DE Hilux. The last few years I've been fortunate enough to travel for work through Malawi,Zambia,Bots and Zim and the most reliable locally sourced rental was a beat battered and tired looking 2.4D 4x4 single cab Hilux we named Huff and Puff. It never let us down once not on diesel you wouldn't use to make fire lighters with and it had a real Bush mech mod in the form of a radiator from a small tractor that I would say MAYBE was 3/4 the size of the original one. Top speed was 80kph not a problem up north but up any inclines you had to watch the temp gauge like a hawk. As I will be deployed cross border again it would be amazing to have the freedom and peace of mind of our own well looked after vehicle.

    Thanks for having me
