Smile Namibia D707 Condition and possible by normal car?

Hi I'd like to know if it's possible / advisable to do the D707 Scenic link in southern Namibia in a normal car. I will be going in a Land Cruiser but a friend will probably be in a Honda BRV.

    I asked a question here about a route https://www.4x4community.co.za/forum...t=#post4161319

Anyone who has info about D707, please let me know. Trevor

We did this road about 3 weeks ago in an FJ cruiser but friends were in a BMW X3 towing a trailer and neither had any issues - road condition good. Definitely one of the most scenic roads in Namibia

Hi, please can someone tell me between which towns the D707 runs.

I always like to check on T4A whether we had done the road before.

From Aus about 50km north on the C13, then left onto the D707.

Next town/farm is Spes Bona and then Betta.

Thanks for your response. FJ cruisers are pretty bullet proof. What do you think the road would be like for a VW Caddy?
