    Default Dash Fibre

    My new Venture.
My son and I have started a new Isp called Dashfibre.
So Dashfibre is the new kid on the block and planning to cause a stir in the Internet service provider industry. We have brought specialist technical players on board and are ready to offer world class service to anybody who wants either a Fibre or ADSL connection.
The great advantage is big company process with a small company service.
We can offer service to individuals, business or complexes.
The big questions are always speed and price. We offer the fastest lines available at competitive pricing.

I'm assuming you cannot help if a community or suburb doesn't have fibre?

No we can only offer ADSL where there is no fibre.

We are finding that about 50% of those who contact us does not have fibre yet so we assimilate this information and use it in our negotiations with network providers for their planning and roll outs.

The roll outs of the networks have sped up this year and is happening all over at the moment.

Hopefully we can help you soon.

All the best for your endeavor.

Always happy to support new business and I had a look at your pricing on the website but I'm paying less than you advertise. I suspect the fibre in my neighborhood gets deeply discounted due to competition as we have 2 fibre lines installed the area, so I'm probably not representative of all users.

Thank you for the encouraging words.

It is very disappointing that we are more expensive we have done a lot of market research to price competitively. if there is a discount from a fibre supplier in a specific area that discount will be passed on to the customer by the Isp. do you mind sending me by pm or E mail what package you are on (not pricing, just speed, fibre supplier, address etc.) I would love to see if we can compete. No obligation just some more market research.

Each fibre supplier has many, up to 100 variations of packages, so to simplify we only pull some through to our website otherwise it is to cluttered and confusing.

We might have a competitive package.

Again Thank you for your support.

All the best with then new venture! We need more options out there.

I have fibre (Forest Hills 2, Durban) but only one provider currently. Put that down on the list if you ever planning on doing KZN.

    Hi Hannes

I'm thinking of using you and starting the process of doing my due diligence.

Can you please show us you AS number and your ECS / ECNS licences?

What does page 2 of your ECS say? Was it issued before 2012 or was it issued after 2012? As you probably know, ECS licenses issued after 2012 are geographically restricted, which means you can't legally sell me internet in Cape Town if your license is for Johannesburg.

I don't think it's necessary for a PM. After all, the licenses are public knowledge. They are all listed in the Government Gazette.
