Default Un-Boring rental cars for a wedding?

Morning all, I will be returning to CPT for my wedding in September staying for 8 days and and driving up into Namaqualand for 3.

I need a car! And Im not too keen on the standard White Toyota Hilux 4x2 with cloth seats that costs 1500 rand a day, thats stupid prices!

Can anybody recommend a car rental agency that doesnt charge an arm and/or a leg for a car that is generic?

Where can i rent something nice? OR do you have a 2nd car standing around that i can rent from you, doesnt have to be a 4x4.

    Budget is +/- 1000 rand a day

There you go, it's not white, it's not a bakkie and it's not generic. Unfortunately you are going to have to compromise somewhere, in this case price...

Checked Wiggle, I meant more something along the lines of a black 1.9tdi polo with 150KW

Will have a look. Sounds interesting.

I rent a lot from thrifty car hire. Prices much better than avis etc. Service is better too. The cars tend to have higher milage than avis and europecar models, but the condition is generally good.

They will give you a c class merc Auto, or 3 series bmw auto with leather interior for about R650.00 a day
