    Seems to be Senegal parrots. Definitely escapees. Here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senegal_parrot.

    Im no bird expert but a quick google search i found the closest looking parrot to he pic is actually a Senegal Parrot, Wikipedia however says they only from West Africa and so assume they must have escaped from somewhere.
    I could obviously be totally wrong.
