SG Coordinates conversion

Good evening guys.
Who can help me to convert 4 X SG coordinates to a coordinate that I can input to Google maps?

Are the co-ordinates in degrees, minutes and seconds ?

It is in this format: Y is +55 815.45 and x is +57 400.87

Those are from the LO system. There are some constsants missing. From where in SA are those co-ordinates ?

Just outside Pretoria. That isthe coordinates given on a SG MAP

Is this Surveyor General diagrams?

If you use Mapsource or Basecamp you can set the preference to South African grid. After capturing the points, change the preference to what you need.

Interesting subject. I didn't know about the WG system and the LO system.

The system type should be mentioned above the coordinates table on the SG diagram.
