Default Namibian community campsites- Kambahoka -Aminuis area

Iíve been lurking for years but now need info for our 1st overlanding trip in June.

Has anyone camped at Kambahoka community campsite? I couldnít find much on the web and would like to know from members whether this site is ok, safe and worth a stop over. We are 3 families towing towards Maun and need a stop over where we can spend about half a day in Aminuis area. We are self sufficient.

Any info or suggested alternatives will be appreciated.

Knowing the people, its probably a tree somewhere. T4A cant fine it either. My personal opinion, skip it. Go via Aranos, then either stay there or go to Gobabis

Or contact this place close to Aranos. http://namibiantrophyhunting.com/

A search on the web: http://www.namibweb.com/kambahoka.htm
