    Default Defender lift up roof

    Hi all

I am looking at making my own lift up roof (similar to the european and local set-up)
It will be for a 110 Defender
Has anyone on this forum done this ?
I would want to lift the back (hinged front) and use the available roof space to sleep in (standing upright in the back), I am planning an overland trip and wat to change the current camping setup, which is a roof rack with RTT on top of that.
I like my RTT but for an overlanding trip of about 14-20 days I am not sure if my back or patience will last
    Any ideas are welcomed

I wonder if anyone’s tried to lift the sides as well (not just the roof)
