Default Gull wing windows for Andy cab

I need some advise please. I want to change my normal windows to gull wing windows on my fiberglass canopy. After contacting Andy cab for a price , R4200.00 per side , a bit harsh for me, I need help. Where can I go to have these made at a reasonable price or any advice on how to remove old windows and try and get them made somewhere .Or is R4200 per side the going rate ?

My son-in-law wanted to do the same to his Beekman canopy fitted to his D4D Toyota DC. We decided to do it ourselves. We took the one window out, traced the profile as accurate as possible to a piece of hardboard and took it to Fabrinox in Paarl. They supplied and lazer cutted the 4.5mm aluminium sheet at a cost of just short of a R 1 000.00 (picture attached). He bought some locks and hinges from 4x4 Direct. We will be fitting the gullwings on the 2nd of Feb. If you want I can post some more pictures then.

Went same diy route. Had mine done as Schuurman 3mm alu vastrap. Colour coded same as my rims at Fil panelshop.
Hinges and locks at 4x4 direct
    2 plates also about R1200
Locks at R100 ea 4 off
    Hinges are R40 ea

I opted for self adhesive foam first. But will be fitting a small profile rubber on canopy. Foam shifts and allow for leaks
Parow rubber at about R35 per meter

    Diy way cheaper

Thanks for response. It would be great if you could post some more pics. Maybe some pics as you take out old frame/windows . I will be needing step by step instructions.

Unfotunately i dont have removal photos. Rubber on outside you will see a thin inner moulding lift it out at join with screw driver. Keep safe for future use.
Once this is out push window out from inside canopy. Have someone catch it on outside.
    Done..

We started on fitting the gull wings yesterday. 1 Removing windows with piano wire, 2 Removing glue, 3 Cleaning and masking the area, 4 Spraying, 5 Finished area after drying and fitting of rubber seal, 6 Inside after fitting, 7 Outside after fitting & 8 Held open.

We must now still fit the gas struts and have the gull wings powder coated.
