Default 2.2 Puma in limp mode after fitting new shocks

Hi, can anyone perhaps help with some advice?
I just had four new shocks fitted to my Defender 2.2 Puma.
Driving home from the tyre shop I noticed that the engine light was on and no power (limp mode).
    How can that be?
Did they perhaps disturb some wiring in the engine bay?
Any advice on what to check or do?
    Thanks

Everything seems to be ok/in place.
The wires leading into the MAF's plug seem quite frayed and "open", so I'm suspecting that as chief suspect at the moment....
I'll try and get it to a mechanic asap.

Problem solved: it was the wires that lead into the (female) plug at the MAF that had disconnected due to being frayed.
Luckily the place where I fitted the shocks is right next to a LR dealership.
The dealership's workshop quickly fixed the wiring - at the request of the tyre shop.
    I'm immensely relieved and grateful.

Thanks to the fantastic service that I got from Tyremart N1 City, Cape Town.
And the immediate help from Land Rover N1 City too.
