Default Canopy: Beekman vs Andy Cab

    Hi
I am trying to decided which canopy to buy for my Amarok Double Cab:

Beekman Executive or Andy Cab Platinum

    points to consider:

    practicality in the rain
    best fuel consumption
    durability
    access
    visibility

please throw some opinions at me?

    Thanks
    Gav

I had both, and will choose Beekmsn every time. My Beekman was solid as if made from steel. I never trusted the Andy Cab the way it flexed in the upper corners of the tailgate.

Having said that, I am not familiar with the models you refer to.

Why glass fibre canopies..when aluminium canopies offers much more practicality...have a look at Rino or Ekoveld alu cabs. Even RSI make good ones.
    Alucab is expensive though!

Many use fibre glass due to aluminium being much more expensive

Fitted a Beekman High rise canopy on the Chev Utility.Need head room in canopy and had the roof reinforced for more safety.First canopy was bad fitted and leak dust and water. Beekman replaced the canopy with an new one that was fitted at my home on there costs and it was fitted properly. No problems after one year.Very good after sales service.

My Beekman leaks something crazy. The tonneau cover when it's fitted stays much dryer in the loadbin.

Stationary, standing in the rain the water runs into it and it looks like the windows are the main culprit.
