Maybe worth a try contacting Bush Lapa. I'm not sure what couplers they fit for the units they export to Aus but surely it is not the usual SA veriety.

    Try Burquip.

They have branches in JHB & Cape Town.
I am sure local trailer manufacturers buy them there.

Contact Heinz Modricky at Metalian. He exports Aussie spec trailers.

Metalian use a d035 coupler which doesn't use a 50mm ball and uses electric brakes .

From the pics, Bushlapa seem to use a standard Knott coupler with overrun brakes.

The conqueror s I've seen use the standard Alko coupler with overrun brakes

Many of the RSA couplers already confirm to ADR and VBS1 and does not need to change.

Most Australian trailers over 750kg use electric brakes so many of the couplers do not support overrun brakes.
