    So, as the title suggests...

    Who is doing this and when?

    I am possibly interested in doing it on 23 December.

    I did Brakkeduine in July, and would like to do it again, but I will only be there in early January.

    I'm putting together a group of FJ's and a hilux (Buchner for the 24th but we mostly from out of town. We need to beef up the numbers.     Ok, seems they are no longer doing the trail on the 26th....I may or may not go another day, I'll see.

    To go to these dunes, are they guided trails, and not just get there and enjoy yourself on your own or in a group?

    Only guided. A lot can go wrong if you are not careful or experienced in sand

    Dietrich, it is only a guided trail. This is because of the environmental sensitivity of the dune area. Most of the trail is a single track and they are very strict about where you can and cannot drive, but there are small areas where you go wild and play.
