    Default Black Friday tyre specials

So it has come time to replace tyres on the wifes Vrotuner.
Being 6 years old and just over 80k km they are tired!

Our local Good Hope tyres is having some fairly decent tyre specials in aid of Black Friday.
I'm a big BF Goodrich fan and have used multiple sets of AT's and MT's and never been disappointed. So naturally wanted to go that route...

    Looking at standard 265 65 17's a set of BF AT's (4 of): R15996!
Same size Cooper Discovery AT3's: R7400

I guess my mind is made up for me!

I just hope the Coopers live up to what their loyal customer base say.

Are you getting the SUV or the LT AT3's?
We have been using the AT3's for a long time on the farm and they have never disapointed.

Not a bad price at all. Just make sure the Coopers have the LT rated on them they are a bit stronger than the normal one's.

Yes, LT Spec Coopers are generally very similar in price with the BFGs. That difference only makes sense if the Coopers are NOT LT Spec. And in that case, I would rather pay more and get the LT Spec BFG or Coopers.

If you love the BF's, rather get Cooper ST Maxx

I've heard rumours of Minty's having a 50% off sale tomorrow. Maybe worth checking out

As you eagle eyed chaps have mentioned, these were indeed not the LT versions.
Through a friend and his contacts in the trade I have been offered BF AT's at R2900 each.
Seems pretty good as the standard price seems to be about R1000 more at most places I checked.
Cooper LT's very similarly priced, so its up to my preference.
