    Default Solar Chargers

I use a Dometic fridge in my Jeep when I go camping. It plugs into a port in the vehicle and runs very cold while I am driving. I am concerned that when I turn the motor off for long periods of time, I do unplug the fridge but I am also wondering if a solar charger will allow me to use the fridge when the vehicle isn't running.
    Question please:
Will I eventually damage my vehicle's battery using the fridge while I am driving, and secondly, will a solar charger (Amps Output is 410mA) like the one in the pic really help or is it a waste of money?Name: 20181106_174202.jpg

    Waste of money....

    Will not damage whilst driving...

Plenty to read about this in the ''Camping, Fridges, Accessories'' section
