Default Remote monitioring of Geyser Temps and Circuit Breaker Status

    Hello to all.

Chaps, need some advice here on how to remote monitor geyser temps and circuit breaker status.

We have 7 geysers in our system, all are on timers.

Due to some wiring constraints, we cannot have more that 1 geyser on at a time of our inverter power. To get around this, we put all geysers on timers so that every 20 mins a geyser comes on, switches off and the next geyser comes on for 20 mins.

What happens is the timers slowly change time or lose sync, so now we have geysers overlapping and the circuit breaker trips.

Our first warning is a customer complaint of cold water. This is far to late.

What we are after is a app driven linked to your smart phone feature that warns us when the geyser temp gets out of parameters. Geysers are set to 60 Deg C. We want to know when it drops below 45 Deg C as an example.

Or, we are after a circuit breaker warning system to say the breaker has tripped. Yes, we can put a pilot light on the circuit, but unless you are at home to monitor the light you still wont know.

Any tips and ideas certainly will be appreciated.
    Cheers.

Modern automation controllers have NTP synchronisation which will keep their real time clocks accurate as long as they can access the internet.
I presume the geysers (and the control timers) are distributed in your guest accommodation units..
The prices of these PLC s are coming down as they are becoming more powerful.
Would Wi-Fi routers be able to access all geyser DBs you need to control? (Otherwise one needs to install network cables)

If you can get wireless connections to all the switch point then a Sonoff system will work ver well.

Basically they are Wireless LAN based breakers controlled by an app. Each breaker is a little WiFi device connected to the network, which doesn’t need to be connected to the internet.

See attached details on the answer to your question. (This wasn't easy to find since it isn't on their website for some reason)
The system is either GPRS or Wi-Fi based. Either way the real time clock is synchronised with NTP servers or equivalent.
From your other threads I understand you might already have system(s) from this supplier.
Not to worry. I'm in the market for a Geyserwise TSE..
