Give Marcell Smit a call 083 255 8809. He should be able to sort you out.

We worked together at FNB. He is a lot cheaper than other guys. Tell him Malcolm van Coller referred you. He is in the south.Cell 082 410 5982

EC contractors charge roughly R900-00 to R1500-00 depending on snag list, repairs and size of property. Ensure your contractor is associated with Contractors Board, contractors Association and Dept. Of Labour. You don't want some poephole issuing a bad COC ie doesn't know how to test

He must be accredited with your municipality, else they will reject the COC....
