Default Axle dust cap in the way of wheel hub cap

Silly issue, the dust caps on my axle sticks out too far for the wheel hub caps to fit. The axle is Alko and the mags are for Toyota fortuner (165/65R17).
Anyone else had this issue or have an idea to fix it?
Its not a big deal, it would just look better with the caps on (and the toyota badge would ensure reliability )

Hmmmm, will probably work, feels like a bit of extra weight just for looks though.
I've also searched for shorter dust caps, could not find any

Check the places that sell mags and rims, for deeper caps for the rims. Like the ones that the white rims use. And you can still stick your Yoda badge on there

The additional weight of 2x spacers is negligible

And then you will need longer studs.

If I were you I would just leave it. Such cosmetics on a trailer hardly noticeable.

Thanks for all the replies, I will most probably leave it as is. Just thought someone had a quick and cheap idea, like shorter dust caps

I cut a hole in the centre of the cap on my 16" fortuner rim. Pic is before cut unfortunately
