Default Disco V8 HSE - What's it worth

With 18” rims and tyres – Coopers AT3, 265/60’s – on Compomotive rims as begrudgingly approved by JLR.
2008 with 197k on the clock with all the little bits and bobs seen to – bushes, rack-ends etc. all replaced and she’ll go with a RWC.
Doubt if you will ever again see a Disco HSE in this condition.
Price thoughts....sort of a choice – was thinking....with the 18” rims and tyres for R200k or with the standard 19” for R180k. Too little!? (Too much?)
The Coopers vary between new and about 70% tread - recently stripped checked and balanced – the 19” are all good but mixed - Wrangler and Coopers Zeon

PS. Sorry - keeping the roof rack!
Can't seem to load the pics....

standard rims on a d3 are 18 inch not 19, take the 18 inch if you going to do some off road stuff. those compomotive rims are worth a few ronds. 200 sounds like a lot of cash .

The 18" compomotives are for variants of the D3 and D4,RRS that cant take 18" rims. These are special rims that have a concave internal aluminum rim indent/shape to not fowl the disk brakes. Typically these are the higher spec and performance V8 HSE versions.

To not hit the fowl, you gonna need those un-fouled disk brakes

Thought the 18's would make the car more attractive to buy - if there's no interest in the car, the wheels will go onto our 2013 D4 diesel.
The V8 will revert to the 19's that were on the car.....

those compomotive rims, they can fit standard on a d3, they made for the rrs and the d4, they can take the bigger brake calipers, i have done the mod to fit standard d3 rims on my d4. so there is nothing special about them on a d3 except the like having mags, but for the rrs and d4 they save you a few mods. they worth a few grand.

Only to a very special and select audience of enthusiasts. Joe Public will see it as a negative. 99% of Joe Public will pay extra money for bigger rims.

18 inch are just so much better than 19, you can fit a half decent tyre on a 18. just gives you the edge over 19 inch.
